The activity of AEHHPS in Sweden is primarily focused on information
and educational campaigns on HIV/AIDS. AEHHPS has been calling repeatedly meetings of the Ethiopian community and informed
about the current HIV/AIDS situation among Ethiopians. Educational information (oral and written) on the nature HIV/AIDS,
risk factors and its prevention methods has been given in the language that most Ethiopians understand. Attempts
were made and efforts will continue to inform the community through the different local Ethiopian Radio and TV stations found
in Stockholm and Gothenburg. AEHHPS did also promote it's information and educational campaigns on HIV/AIDS, on the effect

Collaboration

AEHHPS is open for collaboration with all existing Ethiopian
Diaspora Assocciations and groups working on similar goals i.e. on prevention of HIV/AIDS in Ethiopia. Therefore, AEHHPS made
a call for collaboration believing that collaboration with Diaspora associations that are committed with the fight against
HIV/AIDS could boost activities that can avert the situation of HIV/AIDS in Ethiopia and in the continent in general.
